This course will take a look at effective communication that is both practical and contractual. All NEC3 contracts try very hard to encourage transparency and understanding between the Parties, and the TSC is no exception. Good communication is at the heart of this. Clause 13 promotes a few key rules to try to establish this flow of understanding, but there are a few principles that should be adopted in order to help this happen.
