Barry is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 30 years of experience in major transportation, infrastructure and utility projects. Has procurement experience across a wide range of market sectors. He developed and led NEC training and advice support services in Needleman’s and initiated a collaboration with MPS Limited in 1998 to develop a web-based NEC contract management system.
