We have now almost completed our journey through the JCT 2024’s payment provisions. Our final stop on this tour is the final account provisions an its effects.
In this module, we will look at one final adjustment that may be made to the Contract Sum, the Acceleration Quotation, along with the process by which the final account occurs. This will include considering the steps involved and the differences to the interim payment cycle and consider some of the risks and issues that it holds.
