The production of biomethane has become increasingly important for the energy transition and the reduction of carbon emissions into the atmosphere. Given the recent interest and increased momentum in this type of project, in this course, we outline some of the main permits and administrative procedures required for the construction and operation of a biomethane plant, as well as for the distribution of the gas generated and its connection to the gas grid.
