• Discuss the contractor's key obligations, explain the legal principles around their standard of work, their workmanship and standard of materials
• Identify key principles of the testing and approvals, suitability of materials, suitability of the building, statutory obligations, contractor's duties, divergence between statutory requirements and contract, emergency work, and health and safety in the UK relating to contractors
