This course continues where the last left off and finishes the journey through the X clauses.  In this course, we will look at clauses including:

  • Termination at will
  • Partnering provisions
  • Subcontractor design
  • Advance payments and performance bonds
  • Retention; and
  • Limits of Liability

Once you have completed this course, you will have finished the programme and should have a good working knowledge of the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Subcontract.
