The aim of this course is to explain the reasons why a construction contract maybe suspended or terminated and how this works in practice.
After studying this course, you should be able to:-
1. Discuss how building contracts provide for a contract to be brought to an end in various exceptional circumstances, some of which are not a breach of contract.
2. Explain clearly why the terminations under JCT clauses is important to differentiate from common law termination.
