This course continues looking at the obligations of the Contractor under Clause 4.  Having considered some of the fundamental obligations in the last module, we now move to the more general or passive elements of the Contractor’s obligations and responsibilities.  This includes the appointment and role of the Contractor’s Representative, Performance Security, Co-operation and Protection of the Environment.
