In this module, we are going to cover clause 7 of the JCT2024. This clause is used as a section for dealing with the rights of third parties, how the Parties can transfer any rights under the Contract and what security is to be provided.
This leads to the clause jumping around a bit, so this module will cover a variety of different areas that don’t fit easily within other modules.
