In this course, David Morrice and Sean Gray from Crossrail share how they have applied and managed NEC3 on these large value NEC Contract projects so that contracts are completed and closed out successfully. The presentation will reflect upon the challenges of applying NEC3 to a major programme of works explaining the strategy, solutions and tools used.
