In the last module we examined the Contractor’s design obligations. In this module we will move on to look at the design as it is advanced during the construction phase.
In addition, we will also look at intellectual property rights and how these are dealt with under the JCT Design and Build 2024. This is an issue that is most likely to arise in relation to the design.
