Clause 9 of the JCT2024 sets out the full provisions relating to dispute resolution. It contains three stages, which do not necessarily all have to be followed in each case.
The JCT2024 also provides the option to either use litigation or arbitration as the final dispute resolution process.
In this module, we will look at each of the stages and how and when they apply.
