This course will take a look at effective communication that is both practical and contractual. The NEC4 contracts try very hard to encourage transparency and understanding between all parties. Good communication is at the heart of this. Clause 13 promotes a few key rules to try to establish this flow of understanding, but there are a few principles that should be adopted in order to help this happen.
