The JCT D&B24 Academy is a comprehensive training programme designed to provide learners with a practical and detailed understanding of the JCT Design and Build Contract 2024.
Through a structured series of modules, the Academy guides participants through the full lifecycle of a JCT Design and Build project, from the background and structure of the contract, through design, payment, change control, extensions of time and loss and expense, to defects, termination and dispute resolution.
By the end of the programme, learners will have developed a strong working knowledge of the JCT Design and Build Contract 2024, enabling them to administer projects more confidently, identify contractual risks earlier and better understand the rights and obligations of the parties involved.
