Julian Rathbone is a Senior Planning Manager for Morgan Sindall Highways business. He has over 30 years in civil engineering and 15+ years in various planning roles. Julian has been a Tender and Contract planner on Rail, Highways, Water and numerous general infrastructure schemes. Julian manages planning training within the business, including Graduate and Planning for Non Planner training.
