This course, the final one of the programme, is designed to give a high level overview of the DAAB Agreement, and the DAAB procedural rules which govern the panels review of any Dispute. These two documents are both included in the back of the Red Book.
For the avoidance of doubt, this course does not cover each and every provision of the DAAB Agreement and rules, but covers a number of the most important sections.
