This course covers Clause 2 of the Red Book, the basic obligations of the Employer. It does not include all of the Employer’s obligations (such as payment, which is dealt with in Clause 14). Understanding the Sub-Clauses of Clause 2 is important when considering what should be included in a tender and how the Employer’s Representative is appointed and works within the Project.
