Having considered the Key Parties in the last module, Module 4 now moves on to look at the Recitals and Articles in more detail.
These sections include additional details for a number of critical definitions. If they are not properly completed then this it will probably lead to issues and/or disputes as the Works progress.
Many of the Recitals and Articles also tie in with sections in the Contract Particulars, which provide further detail on the matters covered.
For the avoidance of doubt, where an Article or Recital was covered in Module 3, it will not be covered again in this module.
