Module 2 of this course looks at the different documents that make up a JCT 2024 Design and Build Contract. As with most construction contracts the overall document will be made up of a variety of sections and separate documents, some of which are part of the JCT booklet and others which the Parties will need to provide.
A proper understanding of how these documents link together and their priority is critical to a successful project and to being able to use the project management options within the contract properly.
