In this module we move on to look at insurance under the JCT 2024.  Clause 6 contains the insurance requirements, along with a number of indemnities and liabilities on each Party.

These include public liability, professional indemnity and all risks insurances.

In this module we will specifically focus on the Joint Names Policy and the three different insurance options.
