- Define ‘completion’
- Generally, understand which delaying events would give rise to an extension of time
- Understand the procedures relating to extension of time and the methods of delay analysis.

The aim of this course is to provide a general overview of contractual provisions surrounding loss and expense
After studying this course, you should be able to:
- Define loss and expense
- Identify the contractual provisions surrounding loss and expense
- Understand how loss and expense can be calculated.
Part 6: Dispute Resolution
The aim of this course is to provide an overview of the various dispute resolution processes available to the parties to a contract.
After studying this course, you should be able to:
- Identify when a dispute has arisen
- Explain the typical dispute resolution processes available to the parties under a contract
- Consider how the matters discussed in previous courses can be resolved by dispute resolution.
