Part 1: How to put together an NEC4 PSC and choose the right main and secondary options
This one-hour online training session introduces you to the common philosophies of the NEC family of contracts and focuses in more detail upon the key mechanics and provisions of the NEC4 Professional Services Contract (PSC). This webinar will review the contract strategy options between the primary PSC options A, C and E as well as the choice of secondary options that are available, all of which alter the risk profile and the payment mechanisms on a given contract. We will also take you through how to put together a contract agreement.
Part 2: Understanding Client’s, Service Manager’s and Consultant’s Obligations under NEC4 PSC

This one-hour webinar provides a quick and punchy summary of the main roles and responsibilities of both the Client and the Consultant under the NEC4 Professional Services Contract (PSC). The session will take you through some of the general provisions, governing actions, identified and defined terms, communications, the roles of the Client, Service Manager and Consultant, Early warning, Consultant’s main responsibilities for Providing the Services, People and working with the Client and Others.
Part 3: How to produce and update your Programme and Quality Management: Managing Defects under NEC4 PSC and producing Good Scope
This one-hour webinar provides a quick and easy walk you through programming obligations work under NEC4 PSC and provide an overview of the main provisions of under section 3 of the PSC: producing a programme, updating the programme, programme acceptance and how float is incorporated into the programme. This webinar will also allow you to appreciate what the Professional Services Contract says about Quality Management and the management of Defects. Part 6: What to do when things go wrong on a PSC (Rights to material, Liabilities and insurance, Termination and Disputes)

This webinar will walk you through the provision for dealing with rights to material, how liabilities and insurance and risk is managed under the contract and what adjudication is and what it aims to achieve.
