Programme and Project Management

The project manager is responsible for day-to-day management of the project and must be competent in managing the six aspects of a project, i.e. scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality and resources. Well-developed interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication and conflict management are also vitally important. Programme management is the coordinated management of projects and change management activities to achieve beneficial change.
